Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of the OnePlus 10 Pro. It is used to take photos and videos from the front, as well as for facial recognition and video calls. It helps fix the most common faults: blurry image, black screen in the front camera preview, or an error message related to the front camera.
Before you start, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface and control static electricity: touch an earthed metal surface before handling the components. Do not bend the ribbon cables and never force the connectors.
After fitting, switch the device back on and check the image in the camera app, testing both photo and video modes. If the battery has been handled, carry out a few full charge cycles to stabilise its operation. If the battery is swollen, stop using the device.
