Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of your Huawei P10 Lite (2017). It is used to take photos and videos facing you, as well as for video calls. If the image is blurry, black, frozen or if the camera app does not start on the selfie side, the module may be the cause and replacing it may solve the problem.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and discharge static electricity by touching a metal object. Do not puncture, bend or force the lithium battery. A swollen battery must no longer be used. Always disconnect the battery before handling the flex cables.
Once assembly is complete, power the phone back on and test the camera before fully closing the chassis. Check sharpness, brightness and the operation of video calls. Also keep an eye on the temperature of the device during the first tests.
