Description
The front camera is the small module that captures your selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed for the Huawei P20 (2018). It lets you replace a faulty front camera, for example when the image is blurry, black, frozen or when the camera app no longer detects the module.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not scratch the chassis. Note the position of each screw and each connector to make reassembly easier.
After fitting, check that the camera is recognised, test it in the camera app and during a video call, then check sharpness and brightness. If the battery was disconnected, make sure all connectors are firmly clicked into place before switching the device back on.

- Never force the ribbon cables, disconnect them carefully
