Description
This replacement front camera is designed for the Huawei P40 Lite E released in 2020. It is used for taking selfies and making video calls. It lets you replace the front module when it is cracked, no longer focuses, shows a blurred or black image, or no longer triggers in apps.
This is a compatible part made by a third-party manufacturer, not a part sold by the manufacturer. Before starting, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, and use suitable tools to open the chassis without forcing it. Handle the ribbon cable carefully, as it tears easily.
After fitting, check the operation in the camera app and in a video conferencing app before closing the device completely. Also check sharpness, brightness and sensor detection. If the image remains abnormal, recheck the connectors. Never use a swollen battery, do not puncture it and do not bend it.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before any work
- Avoid static electricity: work on an anti-static surface
- Handle the ribbon cable carefully so it does not tear
- Test the camera before closing the casing
- Do not heat the device beyond moderate warmth
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
