The front camera is the camera module located on the front of your smartphone. It is used for selfies, video calls and facial recognition authentication. This part replaces a damaged module, for example a camera that shows a blurred or black image or no longer switches on.
This front camera is an original manufacturer part, or an official Service Pack part for the Pixel 10 Pro. Picture quality and operation are identical to those of the original module. Before fitting, switch the device off completely, disconnect the battery, and work on a clean, clear surface. Avoid electrostatic discharge by earthing yourself on a grounded metal surface before touching components.
Once the part is installed, switch the phone back on and check the camera image before closing the device. Also check facial recognition and video calls. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and never use a device whose battery is swollen.
