Description
The front camera is the photo module on the front of the phone, used for selfies and video calls. This part replaces a damaged module, for example when the image is blurry, dark, pixelated or missing.
This is an original manufacturer part, or an official "Service Pack" part. It is compatible with the Google Pixel 3a. Before fitting, switch off the phone, disconnect the battery if possible and work on a clean surface, away from static electricity. Handle the ribbon cables with care and avoid bending them.
After replacement, check the focus, brightness and image quality in the camera app, as well as the proper operation of the proximity sensor near the earpiece. If the result is not what you expect, check that the connector is properly seated before drawing any conclusions.
