Description
The front camera is the photo and video module on the front of the Google Pixel 4. It is used for selfies, video calls and face recognition. When it is faulty, the image may be blurred, black, frozen or missing, and some face-related functions may stop responding.
This part is an original manufacturer part, or an official « Service Pack » part. It offers the same performance and battery life as new. Before fitting, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface and use an anti-static tool to protect the electronic components.
After reassembly, check the camera in the photo app and during a video call. Also check face recognition and screen brightness. If the phone overheats abnormally or a battery is swollen, stop the work and do not use the device.
