This front camera is a compatible part designed for the Google Pixel 7 Pro. It replaces the device's front-facing camera module, the one used for selfies and video calls. A damaged front camera can cause a blurry, black, frozen or missing image when you use the camera app or video calls.
This is a third-party manufacture, offered as the most economical choice for repairing your device. Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to avoid electrostatic discharge that could damage the components. Never force the delicate connectors and handle the ribbon cables with care.
Once the fitting is complete, switch the device back on and check the camera works before closing the casing completely. Test the front camera app, video calls and focus. If the device overheats abnormally or if a battery appears swollen, stop the repair immediately and stop using the device.
