This front camera is designed for the Google Pixel 8. It handles front-facing photography, including selfies, video calls and unlocking with facial recognition. If the front photo is blurry, frozen or missing, or if video calls no longer work, replacing this module may solve the problem.
This is an original manufacturer part, or an official "Service Pack" part. Its image quality and battery life are identical to new. Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, avoid static electricity, and never force the connectors.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the casing completely. Check sharpness, video recording and facial recognition. A lithium battery must never be punctured or bent, and if it is swollen, do not try to reuse it.
