Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible front camera is designed for the Poco F1. It lets you replace the current part when it no longer works, when it shows a blurred, black or distorted image, or when it no longer starts in photo and video apps.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery when the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface in a well-lit area, and avoid direct contact with electronic components to limit the risks linked to static electricity. Once the fitting is complete, check that the front camera works in the camera app and during a video call, and check that the proximity sensor responds correctly.
With a compatible part, a slight difference in colour or sharpness may appear compared with the current part. If the image remains poor, repeat the fitting and check that the ribbon cable is properly seated. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and do not use the phone if the battery is swollen.
