Description
The front camera is the camera module on the front of the phone, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Poco F4, lets you replace a faulty module, for example when the front camera shows a blurry, dark, frozen or missing image.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface and use suitable tools, such as a small screwdriver and a suction cup, so you do not damage the ribbon cables or the chassis. Discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
Once the module is fitted, switch the phone back on and test the camera before fully closing the device. Check sharpness, exposure and video call performance. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and stop using any device whose battery is swollen.
