Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Poco M4 5G, lets you replace a damaged, blurry or no longer working front camera. It is manufactured by a third party, as the compatible category provides.
Before you start, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and avoid electrostatic discharge by touching an earthed metal surface. Never force the ribbon cables or the fine connectors.
Once the fitting is complete, switch the device back on and check that the front camera works in the camera app and during a video call. Also check image sharpness and the absence of noise. If something does not work, recheck the ribbon cable connection before concluding.
