Description
The front camera is the camera module located on the front of the Poco X5 Pro 5G. It is used for selfies, video calls and video conferences. This compatible part replaces a faulty module. It helps fix the most common faults: black or blurred screen on the front, abnormal colours, camera error message or no front image capture.
Before any work, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface and limit static electricity by regularly touching an earthed metal surface. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery. If it is swollen, stop using it. Keep the heat moderate if you need to lift the glass.
After fitting, check the focus, brightness and operation of the camera and video app before closing the device. If the image remains abnormal, check that the ribbon cable is correctly connected before concluding there is a fault.
