Before you start, switch the phone off completely, remove the battery if your device allows it, and work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible. When fitting, release the ribbon cable carefully, without bending or pulling on it.
After reassembly, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the casing completely. Check sharpness, focus and operation in several apps. If the image remains abnormal, check the ribbon cable connection.
