Description
The front camera is the small camera module on the front of your phone, usually near the screen. It is used for selfies, video calls and video conferencing. This compatible part is designed for the Realme C55 and replaces the current part when it no longer works properly.
The faults it can fix include a blurry or black image, abnormal colours, a camera that no longer opens, or an error message when opening the camera app. Before you start, switch the phone off completely, remove the case and work on a clean, well-lit surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface.
After fitting, check that the camera opens, the image is sharp and the autofocus works. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use the phone if the battery is swollen. Do not heat the device beyond a moderate temperature during disassembly.
