Description
The front camera is the small camera module located at the front of your smartphone, usually near the screen. It is used for selfies, video calls and video conferencing. This compatible part is designed to replace the module of the Realme C63 when it no longer works properly.
The most common faults it can fix are a black or blurry image, abnormal colours, a camera that no longer opens in the camera app, or an error message during a video call. Before you start, switch the phone off completely, remove the case and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace free of static electricity. Use tools suited to opening the device and avoid excessive heat.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the camera with the camera app and a video call. Check that focus and brightness are correct. If the current part shows signs of impact or moisture, also check the seal and the ribbon cable before closing the device.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before any work
- Work on a clean surface, free of static electricity
- Do not force the ribbon cables and handle them with care
- Test photo and video before fully closing the device
- Never use a swollen or damaged battery
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
