Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front module of the Realme C85 5G, the one used for selfies and video calls. It is a compatible part, made by a third party. It lets you restore front-facing photography when your current camera is cracked, black, blurred or no longer responds.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface with a suitable tool to open the casing without forcing it. Discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface. Take care with the ribbon cables, which are fragile, and do not bend them. Moderate heat is enough to loosen glued parts; avoid overheating.
After fitting, reconnect the battery and switch the device on. Check the front camera in the camera app and during a video call, as well as brightness and focus. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it. Do not puncture or bend the lithium battery.
