Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part replaces the faulty module in your Redmi 10. It helps you get back a sharp image for video calls and photos when the current camera is blurry, black or no longer activates.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and remove the battery if your model allows it, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean surface and use a tray to store the small screws. To limit static electricity, touch a metal surface before handling the part. If you need to disconnect a ribbon cable, do it gently, without forcing it and without bending the connectors.
Once the assembly is finished, switch the device back on and test the camera before fully closing the casing. Open the camera app and check sharpness, focus and whether the front lens activates, and also try video calls. If the image remains abnormal, check the ribbon cable connection again before any other intervention.
