Description
The front camera, also called the selfie camera, is the small module at the top of your Redmi 10A's screen. It is used for video calls, selfies and face recognition when this feature is enabled. If your image is blurry or black, or if the camera no longer opens, this module is often the cause.
This part is a compatible version made by a third party, not an original manufacturer part. It replaces the current part by connecting to the same connector. Before dismantling, switch the phone off completely, disconnect the battery if your model allows it, and work on a clean surface. Avoid electrostatic discharge by regularly touching an earthed metal surface, and handle the flex cable carefully without bending it.
After fitting, switch the device back on and open the camera app in selfie mode to check the sharpness, colours and face recognition. Only close the phone once these tests are conclusive.
