Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Redmi 13R, lets you replace a damaged module, for example if the image is blurred, black or missing during video conferences.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface and use suitable tools, with an anti-static mat if possible. Handle the ribbon cable with care, as it is fragile and too much pressure can tear it.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the casing: open the camera app, switch to selfie mode and check the sharpness, brightness and the microphone during a video call. If the image remains abnormal, check the connections before continuing.
