Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed to replace the front camera of a Redmi 7 when it no longer works, shows a blurred, dark or distorted image, or no longer launches in apps.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface with suitable tools, and avoid touching electronic components to limit the risks linked to static electricity. Never force the ribbon cables and handle them with care.
Once the fitting is finished, switch the phone back on and test the camera before fully closing the casing. Check sharpness, brightness and focus in several apps. If the battery is swollen or damaged, do not use it and never puncture or bend it.
