Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Redmi Note 11S 4G, lets you replace a faulty front camera. It fixes common problems such as a blurred, black, frozen or missing image during video calls and when opening the camera app.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, clear surface, with a suitable tool and an anti-static mat if possible, to avoid electrostatic discharge. Do not puncture, bend or force the lithium battery. If it is swollen, do not try to reuse it.
After fitting, check that the camera is detected in the camera app, test video recording and a test call. Also check that the proximity sensor and the screen work properly. If not, carefully repeat the fitting.
