Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. It is used to take photos from the front and to make video calls. When the image is blurry, black, frozen or missing in the camera app, the module is often the cause, provided the ribbon cable and settings have been checked beforehand.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with a suitable screwdriver and a flat tool to separate the chassis without forcing it. Discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal part before handling the components. Keep moderate heat when lifting the screen.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the phone for good. Check focus, brightness and the proper operation of the screen flash. If a fault persists, refit the module to check the cable connection.
