Description
The front camera is the camera module located on the front of the phone, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Redmi Note 14 Pro+, lets you replace a damaged module, for example when the image is blurry, black or distorted, or when the camera is no longer detected by the phone.
Before replacing it, switch off the device and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface and use an anti-static tool as well as a suction cup and a set of plastic spudgers to open the phone without forcing it. Handle the ribbon cable carefully, as it tears easily, and avoid any contact with the gold contacts.
Once the module is installed, reconnect the battery and switch the device on. Check the image in the camera app by testing focus, brightness and video recording. If the battery was removed, carry out a few full charge cycles to stabilise the system.

- Do not puncture or bend the lithium battery
- If the battery is swollen, stop using it
- Test photo and video before closing the phone
