Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front camera module of your Reno7 5G (2022), the one used for selfies and video calls. It is useful when the image is blurry, dark, frozen or missing, or when the camera no longer opens in apps.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model's procedure allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and avoid excessive heat. Handle the flex cables with care, without folding them or forcing the connectors, and never puncture or bend a lithium battery. If the battery is swollen, do not try to repair it: stop the repair and set it aside.
After fitting, check the camera in the camera app and during a video call using the front-facing camera, then check sharpness and brightness. Restart the device and test again if the image does not reappear straight away.
