Description
The front camera is the small module that captures images for selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed for the Stylo 2 Plus. It lets you replace a damaged front camera, for example when the image is blurred or black, or when the camera no longer appears in apps.
Before you start, switch off the device and disconnect the battery if your model allows it, so you can work safely. Handle the ribbon cable carefully with a plastic tool, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Never bend the connectors or force them open.
After fitting, check the function in the camera app before closing the phone completely. Test both photo and video, then check that the module sits firmly in place. If the battery looks swollen during the repair, stop using the device.
