Description
The front camera is the small camera module above the screen of the Surface Go 2. It is used for video calls, video conferences and photos taken facing the screen. If it no longer switches on, no longer focuses, or shows a blurred or black image, the front camera is often the cause.
This part is a compatible camera, made by a third party. It is designed to replace the current camera without changing the function of your device. Before you start, switch the tablet off completely, disconnect the battery cable and work on a clean surface, avoiding static electricity. The ribbon cables are fragile: lift them gently, without forcing them.
Once the fitting is complete, switch the device back on and test the camera in a video app, first in daylight and then in low light. Also check the microphone and the other functions near the screen. Keep the current part aside until the tests are finished.

- Lift the ribbon cables carefully, without bending or forcing them
