Description
The front camera is the small module that lets you take selfies and make video calls. This compatible part is designed for the Wing 5G model. It replaces the current front camera when it is blurred, black, frozen or no longer switches on.
Before you start, switch off the phone and remove the battery if the model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to avoid electrostatic discharges that can damage components. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Take your time and release the camera cable with a flat, non-metallic tool.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the device on and test the camera before closing the casing completely. Open the camera app, switch from the rear camera to the front camera and check sharpness and brightness. If the battery was disconnected, let the device charge normally. If a battery is swollen, do not use it.
