Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front photo module of your X Charge, used for selfies and video calls. When the front camera stops working, the device screen shows a black, blurred or distorted image during calls and when taking photos.
Before you start, switch off the X Charge completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, clear surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to limit the risks linked to static electricity. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, then gently remove the current part without forcing the connectors.
Once the fitting is done, reconnect the battery and check the camera works before closing the device completely. Test photos, video and calls. If the device overheats abnormally or a battery looks swollen, stop using the device and never puncture or bend a lithium battery.
