Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front module of your Xiaomi 12 Lite, the one used for selfies and video calls. When it is faulty, the image may be blurred, black, frozen or missing in the camera app, and the current part may also trigger a camera error. This module is a compatible part made by a third party, not an original manufacturer part.
Before you start, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery if your level of DIY skill allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and handle the ribbon cable carefully so it is not bent or torn. A small flat plastic tool will help you avoid forcing the connectors.
Once the module is fitted, switch the device back on and open the camera app to test the camera before fully closing the chassis. Check sharpness, brightness and the operation of the video modes. If the image remains abnormal, reopen the phone and check the ribbon cable connection.
