Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of the Xiaomi 13 Lite. It is used for front-facing photos, video calls and video conferences. When it is faulty, the image may be blurred, black, frozen or missing in the camera app, and the device sometimes no longer detects the camera.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not scratch the screen or bend the connectors. Do not puncture the battery or bend it. If it is swollen, do not try to power it on.
Once the part is fitted, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the casing. Check the focus, brightness and image quality, as well as the video function.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before any work
- Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible
- Handle the ribbon cables carefully to avoid folding or tearing them
- Test the camera before closing the casing
- A compatible part may show slight colour differences
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
