Description
The front camera is the small module that captures your image during video calls, selfies and facial recognition. This compatible part is designed to replace the front camera of a Xiaomi 14 when it no longer works properly. It can help fix a blurred, black or distorted image, as well as a camera that no longer activates in apps.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface free of static electricity, ideally with an anti-static mat. Handle the part by its edges and avoid touching the lens. Never puncture, bend or heat the lithium battery; if it looks swollen, do not reuse it.
Once assembly is complete, reconnect the battery and check the camera works before fully closing the casing. Test selfies, video calls and focus in several lighting conditions.
