Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of your Xiaomi 15T 5G. It is used for front-facing photos and video calls. If the image is blurry, black, frozen, or the camera is no longer detected, this part may solve the problem, provided the fault really comes from the module itself.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not scratch the screen or damage the ribbon cable. Never force a connector and do not bend the delicate cables.
Once the replacement is done, turn the device back on and test the camera before fully closing the casing. Check sharpness, focus and video call function. If the battery was disconnected, let the phone charge normally, without excessive heat.
Tips
- Switch off the phone before any intervention
- Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables
- Use an anti-static station and suitable tools
- Test the camera before closing the casing
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery
