Description
The front camera is the module that captures your selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed to replace the front camera of the Sony Xperia XA when it no longer works properly: blurred image, black screen on the selfie side, or a camera app that no longer detects the front sensor.
This is a compatible part made by a third party, not a part supplied by the manufacturer. Before buying, check that the reference matches your XA model. Before you start, switch the phone off completely, disconnect the battery if possible and work on a clean, dry surface, wearing an anti-static wrist strap if you have one. Gently warm the edges of the frame to loosen the screen without forcing it, and handle the ribbon cable with care.
After fitting, test the front camera with the camera app and a test video call before closing the casing. If the image stays black or the autofocus does not work, check again that the connector is properly seated.
