Description
This compatible front camera replaces the camera module on the front of your Y6 (2018). It is used for selfies, video calls and facial recognition. If your front camera is blurry, black or no longer activates, the current part is probably the cause, and this module restores these functions.
This is a compatible part, made by a third party: it does not come from the device manufacturer. Before you start, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static wrist strap if possible, and never force the delicate connectors.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the front camera before fully closing the casing. Check focus, brightness and the absence of image noise in the camera app, then check video calls. If a fault persists, recheck the connection ribbon.
