Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part replaces the faulty module of the Y7 Pro (2018). It restores a sharp image during video conferences and front-facing photos, when the current camera is blurry, black or no longer displays.
Fitting requires precision. Prepare a clean, well-lit workspace, and have a small suitable screwdriver and a flat non-metallic tool to separate the components. Switch off the device and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal object, and avoid excessive heat during removal.
After reassembly, check the camera before fully closing the phone: open the camera app, switch to selfie mode and test the focus as well as the microphone during a video call. Make sure the ribbon cable is properly clipped in and that no cable is trapped.

- Use a non-metallic tool to avoid scratching or cracking the screen.
- Discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface.
