This Redmi Note 13 Pro+ main camera is a compatible part, made by a third-party manufacturer, designed to replace the rear camera module of a damaged Redmi Note 13 Pro+. It captures the image for photos and videos taken with the rear lens. When it is faulty, you often notice a blurred, black or distorted image, spots, or a camera app that will not open. Replacing this module restores normal picture-taking, without touching the rest of the device.
Before you start, switch the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ off completely and disconnect the battery if your skill level allows. Work on a clean, clear surface with suitable tools to avoid scratching or bending the components. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the part. Handle the connector and the ribbon cable carefully, without forcing them.
After fitting, check that the camera is properly recognised in the camera app, then test focus, zoom and video recording. If the device overheats or an interference image appears, stop and check the connections again.
