Description
This ultra wide-angle camera is a spare part for the rear camera module of the Vivo V21. It lets you replace a faulty or damaged module, so you can shoot with a wider field of view again, for landscape, group or indoor photos.
The most common faults this part can fix are a blurred or distorted image in wide-angle mode, dark areas or visible spots on photos, a camera that no longer activates, or an error message from the camera app. Before fitting, switch off the Vivo V21, remove the battery if your model allows it, and work on a clean surface, avoiding static electricity.
After installing the camera, check that the ribbon cable is properly clipped in and that the module does not move. Switch the device on, open the camera app and test wide-angle mode in natural daylight, then at night. A compatible part may show slight differences in colour rendering; adjusting the white balance can help.
