The middle frame is the internal structure that supports the motherboard, the battery and the main components of your device. It holds everything in place, protects fragile parts and keeps the chassis rigid. On a iPhone 16 Plus, a damaged frame can cause mechanical play, vibrations or misalignment of internal parts. This EU version is a compatible part, made by a third party to fit the model indicated.

Before fitting, switch the device off, disconnect the battery and work on a clean, clear surface. Use anti-static tools and avoid touching electronic components with bare hands. Compare the removed original part with the new one to check the holes, tabs and fixing points. Never force a connector or a screw, and handle any lithium battery with care: never puncture or bend it.

After reassembly, check that everything is firmly secured, that the ribbon cables do not rub and that no component moves. Power the device on gradually and watch for any unusual heat. If the battery is swollen, stop using the device.
