Description
The middle frame Pixel 3a is the structural part that connects and supports the device's internal components. It holds the motherboard, the screen and the other elements, and protects the whole against light impacts. When it is bent, cracked or worn, the device may show abnormal play, a poorly fixed screen or components that come loose. This frame is an original manufacturer part, or an official "Service Pack" part, whose finish and battery life are identical to new.
Before fitting, switch off the device, disconnect the battery and work on a clean, flat surface. Use suitable tools and an anti-static wrist strap if possible, to reduce the risks linked to static electricity. Keep the screws sorted by location so they do not get mixed up. Never force the ribbon cables and do not bend the lithium battery.
After reassembly, check that the screen, buttons and connectors work properly before closing the device completely. If the battery was disconnected, carry out a few full charge cycles so the device regains stable operation. A swollen battery must never be used.
