Description
The chassis is the central structure of your Galaxy S21. It holds the screen, the motherboard and all internal components, and protects the device against impacts. When it is damaged or bent, the casing no longer fits properly, gaps appear and some parts may loosen. This compatible chassis, reference G991B in the international version, lets you replace a damaged structure to regain a solid base and a neat appearance.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit and clear workspace. Use a suitable screwdriver and plastic tools to separate the parts without forcing them. Switch off the device and disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables, and avoid electrostatic discharge by regularly touching an earthed metal surface. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery.
Once assembly is complete, check that everything is firmly fitted, that no gaps are visible and that the buttons move freely. Only switch the device back on after these checks. If the battery was removed, carry out a few full charge cycles so the device returns to stable operation.
