Description
The complete mid-frame chassis iPhone 17e is the central structure that joins the front panel and the back of the device. It supports the internal components and protects the whole assembly against impacts. Before you start, switch off the device, disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables, and work on a clean, flat surface. Use suitable tools, do not force the clips, and avoid static electricity discharges. If you transfer components from the current part, note the location of every screw and connector. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and never use a swollen battery.
After fitting, check that all ribbon cables are properly seated and that the device starts correctly before closing it up. If the battery was removed, carry out a few full charging cycles so it returns to stable operation, then check heating, buttons and ports.
