Description
The touch digitiser iPhone 6 Plus (Ref. U2402) is the component that passes the movements of your fingers on the screen to the system. When it is damaged, the screen may stop responding in certain areas, react with a delay, or show ghost touches that activate on their own. This part is a compatible reference, made by a third party, designed to replace the current part on a iPhone 6 Plus showing these symptoms.
Before you start, switch the device off completely, disconnect the battery if your model allows it, and work on a clean, flat surface. Use suitable tools and an anti-static wrist strap, or at least contact with an earthed metal surface, to avoid any discharge onto the components. Carefully disconnect the ribbon cables by lifting them straight up, without bending or forcing them.
After reassembly, switch the device back on and test the screen across its whole surface: swipes, long presses, text entry and the edge areas. If a fault persists, check that each ribbon cable is properly clipped in and that the connector is seated correctly before drawing any conclusion.
