Description
The B7000 adhesive is a clear glue in a 50 ml tube, designed to bond and fix components when repairing an electronic device. It is used to stick gaskets, retaining adhesives or small parts, for example to re-fix an element that has come loose or to replace a worn seal. It suits all models, for DIY use on smartphones, tablets or computers.
Before applying the glue, clean the surfaces carefully with a lint-free cloth and a little isopropyl alcohol, then let them dry completely. Apply a moderate amount, avoiding overflow onto connectors, ribbon cables and components. Work in a well-ventilated room at room temperature, and protect against static electricity by handling components with care.
After bonding, allow the drying time stated on the packaging before reassembling the device. Check that the part holds firmly and that no glue interferes with operation. If a battery is involved, never puncture or bend it, and stop using any device whose battery is swollen.
