Description
The charging connector is the small part that links the Lightning cable to the motherboard of the iPhone 6. It allows the device to be charged and data to be transferred. When it is worn or dirty, charging becomes unreliable: the iPhone stops charging or only detects the cable intermittently.

After fitting, test charging with several cables and check that the connection holds when you move the cable slightly. If the battery is swollen, stop using it. Do not puncture it, bend it or expose it to any excessive heat.
