Description
The charging connector is the small component that links your phone's USB port to the motherboard. It is what lets you plug in the cable and charge the battery. When it is worn, dirty or damaged, the device may charge slowly, not charge at all, or only charge in one particular position of the cable.
This compatible part is designed to replace the charging connector of the Redmi Note 9T. It is made by a third party and is suited to repairing these charging faults. Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface with an antistatic tool, and avoid excessive heat. Never use a swollen battery, and do not puncture or bend the lithium battery.
Once assembly is finished, reconnect the battery, then test charging with a cable and adapter in good condition. Check that the phone detects the cable in all positions and that the microphone and charging function work. For a new or recently replaced battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to stabilise its operation.
