Description
This repair back cover is designed for the iPhone 17 Pro Max model. It replaces the rear shell or chassis of the current part when it is damaged, and helps restore a solid structure and a proper appearance after a fall, a crack or wear on the back. This is a compatible part made by a third party: it is designed to fit the iPhone 17 Pro Max model and is not the device manufacturer's original part.
Before fitting, switch off the device and unplug the charger. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and keep the small screws in a container so they do not get lost. Gently warm the adhesives of the current part with a hair dryer on a moderate setting to make them easier to release, and never overheat them. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it.
Once the cover is in place, check that all buttons, connectors and openings line up correctly and that nothing rubs. Only switch the device back on after these checks, then watch it for a few minutes to spot any abnormal heating.
