Description
This lower housing is a replacement part for the bottom of the casing of your V20. It supports all the internal components and protects the circuit board against light impacts and dust. If the current part is cracked, broken or worn, it may stop the device from sitting securely and weaken the components placed inside. Replacing this part restores a solid base and a clean appearance.
This part is Compatible premium quality, made by a third party. It is designed to fit the V20, but its fit may differ slightly from that of the current part. Before you start, switch off the device, unplug the charger and remove the battery if the design allows. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and keep the small screws in a dedicated compartment.
After fitting, check that the clips click into place without forcing and that no cable is pinched. Switch the device on and check the buttons, the charging port and the overall fixing. If you have any doubt about the assembly, stop and redo it before using the device.
Tips
- Switch off the device and unplug it before any work
- Work on a clean surface, ideally anti-static
- Never force the clips when snapping them into place
- Check that no cable is pinched before closing
- Check the buttons and charging port after fitting
Fitting
