Description
The Galaxy Note 10 Plus earpiece is the small speaker located at the top of the device, near the front camera. It lets you hear your caller's voice during a phone call. When it fails, you often notice a weak, muffled or missing sound during calls, while the main speaker still works.
This original manufacturer part, or official « Service Pack » part, delivers the same sound quality and battery life as new. Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and avoid touching electronic components to prevent static discharge.
After fitting, check the sound with a test call, then make sure the speaker grille is not blocked. Never force the ribbon cables and do not try to bend a battery. If the battery looks swollen, stop using it.
