Description
The internal earpiece is the small speaker located at the top of the iPhone 15 Plus screen. It plays the voice of your caller during a phone call. When it is faulty, you often hear a weak, distorted or missing sound during calls, while music and ringtones can still be heard through the main speaker.

Before you start, switch off the device, disconnect the battery when the procedure requires it, and work on a clean surface with suitable tools. Avoid excessive heat and protect yourself against static electricity.
After fitting, switch the device back on and make a test call to check the volume and clarity of the sound. Also test the microphone and the main speaker. If the battery was disconnected, let it charge normally and carry out a few full charge cycles for stable operation.
